Please note that Thecraftedplank.com is a genuine small business and we pride ourselves on customer service, so if we aren't around to answer your call, please leave a voicemail or follow-up with an email and we will get back to you as soon as we can!

RETURNS

We at Thecraftedplank.com want you to be absolutely happy with your purchase. As such, we offer returns on all items within 14 days of purchase, while defective items will be replaced at no charge.

To offset the our cost of shipping, we charge a 10% flat restocking fee on all items. Please note that it will be the responsibility of the buyer to pay for return shipping.

Do you accept custom orders?

 

We currently have our custom orders on hold.  Come and check with us later for an update. 

Product(s) arrived damaged?

 

Please contact us immediately! While we take all precautions while packaging up your piece(s), occasionally accidents happen during transit. Please send us one or more pictures of the damage (both of the packaging and the piece itself, if possible), so we can work with the shipping provider directly to resolve the issue. Please keep both the item and the packaging until we can resolve the issue for you!

 

My wood sign contains knots, veins, holes, and/or grains?

 

Yes! As long as they look “natural”! We source our wood locally and each and every raw piece of lumber we purchase contains its own unique personality. No two signs will ever be identical. Personality in wood includes natural knots, small natural cracks, grains, veins, slight bowing, crowning, cupping, splits, etc. We will not ship you a plank that contains unnatural imperfections that may compromise the longevity and integrity of the plank, so if you notice something upon delivery of your plank, please reach out to us directly! Most likely, what you notice is completely fine!
